All packages include the following:

  • Private or semi private lessons (1-3 yogis/class)
  • Prenatal, postpartum and/or vinyasa flow yoga
  • Customized lesson plans that you can keep for future reference
  • Hands on assists, to help you relax and get deeper into postures
  • Use of props to aid your practice - Dharma Yoga Wheel, blocks, bolsters, straps etc.
  • To be used within 1 year of date of purchase.
