You can get through these nights and you will do them (successfully) on your own - we promise. Your doula will relieve some of the pressure, so you can get there.

What to expect

The first step is to get in touch. We’ll chat through what you’re looking for and connect you with a doula that will meet your needs best.

As soon as your baby is born, and you’re settled in at home, you can start your support. Some families want to start on day 1 and other want to wait until week 1. As long as you’re communicating openly (and with enough notice) with your doula, we’ll be able to support you.

Overnight sessions typically last for 8 hours. You’ll likely have already communicated with your doula, prior to your session. But we will start each session by checking in on how your doing and run through how the night will unfold. Every family has unique needs and we will support you with whatever yours are. Typically we offer the following:

  • Bring baby to you to feed or feed baby via bottle. We can offer feeding tips, if you’d like.

  • Change diapers and soothe baby back to sleep, while you get some sleep.

  • Answer any night time questions!

You’ll wake up refreshed and at ease. Baby will be well cared for. We’ll wrap up in the morning, and repeat!
